(Location 1) Saturday Trail Run: 8:00am Ravenshoe
Forest. The run is every Saturday year round regardless of the
weather, at the Ravenshoe Forest. We meet in the parking lot, divide
up according to distance and pace, and off we go, meeting back in
the parking lot afterwards for a gab and some fruit. See map to the

Power Run: 7:15pm
Location is the Kennedy forest. We will take on the hills of
Kennedy forest. This an excellent training to prepare for the
different 5-peaks races or any other trail run. We will do hill
training, repeats, sprints and other things to get you tired!
Monday Evening Road Run, 7pm:
Monday evenings are meant to
build your stamina, your ability to run longer distances.
We will start with shorter runs (6-10 km, depending on the
participants) and build up gradually, increasing distance.
Combined with Saturdays and Wednesdays runs, this will give you
a complete running training!
